🧵 Sewing & Construction

✨ Finishing

Every garment goes through a thorough finishing process including thread trimming, ironing, and final detailing to ensure a clean, polished result before inspection.

🔍 Quality Control (QC)

We conduct in-line and end-of-line quality control inspections throughout production. Each garment is checked against your approved sample and tech pack specifications for measurements, construction quality, and appearance.

📦 Packaging

We offer flexible packaging options including poly bagging, folding, hangtag attachment, barcode labeling, and carton packing — ready for retail, e-commerce, or wholesale distribution.

Production Process

Order Confirmation — Final quantities, colorways, and delivery schedule confirmed.
Fabric & Trim Procurement — Materials ordered and inspected upon arrival.
Pre-Production Sample (PPS) — Final confirmation sample produced from bulk materials.
Cutting — Fabric cut according to approved patterns and size breakdown.
Sewing — Garments assembled by our production team.
Printing & Embroidery — Decoration applied as specified.
Finishing & QC — Final inspection and quality check of all units.
Packaging & Shipping — Garments packed and dispatched according to your requirements.
