Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies depending on the product type and level of customization. Generally, we start from 100 pieces per style. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, absolutely. We strongly recommend ordering samples before bulk production to confirm fit, fabric, and quality. Sample costs are typically offset against your bulk order.
How do I place an order?

Production & Timeline
How long does sampling take?
Sample lead time is typically 2–3 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and availability of materials.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production lead time is generally 45–60 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and product complexity.
Can you work with my existing tech pack?
Yes. If you have a tech pack ready, we can work directly from it. If not, our team can help you develop one.
Customization
Can I customize the fabric, color, and print?
Yes. We offer full customization including fabric selection, Pantone-matched dyeing, screen printing, DTG printing, embroidery, woven labels, custom hardware, and more.
Do you offer private label / OEM services?
Yes. We offer both OEM (you provide the design) and ODM (we help develop the design) services. All garments are produced under your brand.
Quality & Shipping
How do you ensure quality?
We conduct in-line and end-of-line quality control inspections throughout production. Every order is checked against your approved sample and tech pack before shipping.
Do you handle shipping and logistics?
We can arrange shipping via sea or air freight. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) are confirmed at the time of order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to clients worldwide, including Europe, North America, Australia, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
