Before committing to bulk production, sampling is the critical step that ensures your garment looks, fits, and feels exactly as intended. At Richonic, our sampling process is thorough, collaborative, and designed to give you full confidence before you go into production.

Our Sampling Services

📐 Pattern Making

Our skilled pattern makers create precise patterns based on your tech pack and specifications. We ensure every measurement, proportion, and detail is correct before cutting a single piece of fabric.

✂️ Sample Making

Using your approved patterns and selected fabrics, our sample team constructs the first physical version of your garment. Every detail — from seam construction to zipper placement — is made with care.

👕 Fit Check & Evaluation

Once the sample is complete, we conduct a thorough fit check and quality evaluation. We compare against your tech pack specifications and flag any areas for improvement before presenting to you.

🔄 Sample Revision

Based on your feedback, we revise the sample as needed. We work through as many rounds of revision as required until you are completely satisfied with the fit, construction, and appearance.

Proto Sample — First version to test design and fit concept
Fit Sample — Refined sample focused on achieving the perfect fit
Salesman Sample (SMS) — Production-quality sample for sales and marketing
